Movable jaw, jaw plate

Edge plate

Toggle plate
Toggle plate has to be made of better materials since it endures great impact. For large crusher, 5CrMnM0 and 5SiMnM0V can be used, its toggle plate can be made of gray cast iron (HT15-33). With stable chemical composition, all these raw materials ensure mechanical properties of toggle plate. When impacted by external force greater than rated load. The toggle plate can quickly break off to protect the host and motor from damage. With combined style structure, toggle plate has the advantage that the worn toggle joint can be replaced with a new one while the toggle plate body can be still used, so as to save materials.
Spring seat, adjusting seat, tension rod
The discharge opening adjusting mechanism of jaw crusher mainly includes toggle plate, adjusting seat, tightening parts, etc., which is characterized in that the bottom of adjusting seat is equipped with tension rod and spring seat. There is a long slot in the middle of the side surface of spring seat, and raised enclosure bulkhead around the slot. The spring seat and adjusting seat integrate into one. The tension rod of tightening parts passes through the long slot, and one end of tightening parts spring is set up around the enclosure bulkhead while the other side is fixed on the tension rod through nut and gasket, which makes tightening parts and adjusting seat combine into one.
