1) Ball mill in cement grinding

Cement grinding is the final process in cement manufacturing, which cost the most electric power. Its main function is to grind cement clinkers into the required size. Ball mill can be used in this process.

2) Ball mill in silica grinding

Ball mill can grind silica into powder with the required size. Silica, also called silicon dioxide, is an oxide of silicon with a chemical formula of SiO2 and has been known for its hardness since antiquity. Silica powder is widely used in the production of glass for windows, drinking glasses, beverage bottles, and many other uses. The majority of optical fibers for telecommunications are also made from silica. It is a primary raw material for many whiteware ceramics such as earthenware, stoneware, porcelain, as well as industrial Portland cement.

3) Ball mill in limestone grinding

Ball mill can grind limestone into powder. Limestone often contains variable amounts of silica in the form of chert  or siliceous skeletal fragment, as well as varying amounts of clay, silt and sand sized terrestrial detritus carried in by rivers. Limestone powder can be used as filler in cpainting industry to enhance the performance of quality paints.
