First, we should always check the oil level of reducer, the tightness of V-belt, the gear’s meshing level and lubrication conditions, and whether the connection is loose or fast to ensure stability of the machine in normal working condition. At the same time the adequate lubrication of friction parts and regular filling grease are necessary.

Second, the lubrication oil should be replaced in time a month later after the first time being added to reduction gears. The oil should be filtered when being added. The viscosity of lubricants in the South should be higher than that in the North.

Third, the sand washing machine should be under the charge of a professional technician when being used. The operator must possess a certain degree of technical knowledge and should be conducted technical hands-on training before the sand washing machine is installed to ensure that he can understand the principles, performance and be familiar with operating procedures.
