The Development of Impact Crusher


Of the five crushing machinery series, both impact crusher and hammer crusher crush brittle materials mainly by impact action, so they are often called impact crusher. Compared with jaw crusher, cone crusher and roll crusher that crush materials mainly by squeezing action, impact crusher has the following features:




A. High crushing ratio. The crushing ratio of impact crusher can reach over 50, while it is difficult for jaw crusher, cone crusher and roll crusher to exceed 20. So impact crusher is widely used in the industry where the single-stage crushing is required, such as the limestone crushing in cement industry.

B. Good product particles. Under the influence of impact action, the crushed materials often crack in its most fragile surface. The selectively crushing method ensures higher probability of cubic product particles, the final product of impact crusher in needle flake can be less than 10%, while for jaw crusher, cone crusher and roll crusher, the final product in needle flake will be higher than 15%. Therefore, impact crusher is often used as the final crushing equipment to produce concrete aggregate in the industry where cubic product particles are required, such as the anti-skid surface in high-grade highway.

Ball mill is a traditional mill machine widely used for mining, cement, paints, pyrotechnics, and ceramics industry. (2) Power consumption of high pressure suspension mill is lower.

Disadvantages of high pressure suspension mill:

(1) The mainly disadvantage is that it will add iron content for products during milling process. But you can use one magnetic separator to reduce the iron content in the final products

Advantages of Ball mill:

(1) Ball mill with ceramic liner and ceramic balls, the finished product size will not add iron content.
(2) Ball mill is commonly used for process quartz to sand.

Corporation Training---Deep Learning Campaign

To enhance the business capability of company staff and deepen staff’s  comprehensive understanding of technical knowledge, Human Resources Department and Training Department launched the “Deep Learning Campaign” actively. On October 29th, the training about crusher and relevant products was conducted officially, and this training is mainly for the company's new employees.

The training about crusher series given by Engineer Liu from our company’s R & D center officially started on the morning of the 29th. With multimedia presentations of PPT, video and audio-video, company’s equipment of various models has been shown comprehensively, including jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, mobile crushing plant etc. Engineer Liu introduced the machines’ basic structure, working principle, performance characteristics, technical advantages, market, and service condition. Liu also made a comprehensive analysis of the company's overall situation and R&D trend of the crushing machinery.


Engineer Liu made a detailed analysis of the features and performance advantages of our company’s crushing machinery of various models. Through this “Deep Learning Campaign”, the staff have deepened the understanding of machines’ technology and applications, and got to know their work responsibilities and importance. The colleagues attended this training said that they had a clearer understanding of their work and company’s development after this training and. Moreover, their work efficiency had also been improved greatly. At the same time, the participating employees made some suggestions on conducting the similar training programs frequently. They hoped they could often attend such training programs, master their own business knowledge soon and apply to the daily work.

How to attract buyers? —Training from Alibaba

On October 22th, Henan Liming Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co.,Ltd invited the Lecturer Wu Debao, a very smart and charming woman, to offer us some advice about how to attract buyers and make them place orders.

Firstly, the time when we reply the inquiry should be the customers’ work hours. And pay more attention to the price sheet, our lecturer, we can call her A Bao, advise us to use a special price sheet to catch the eye of the buyers. For example, we can place one of our pictures which have some connection with our machines, such as jaw crusher, cone crusher, stone crusher, mobile crushing plant, grinding mill, and sand making machine, to increase the attraction. If possible, we can make the price sheets of different styles for different countries.





Next, it’s not enough to just send emails to customers, we should also call them and try to leave a deep impression on them. Confidence building is the key step to attract the buyers. So be remember to show our sincerity to our customers, and it would be better to be their friends.

Then, we can cultivate a hobby, such as watching movies, listening to music,  keeping a pet etc. since westerners like to do these, we should keep up with their pace then we can have something similar to talk about.

We learn a lot from this training, and suddenly feel refreshed. Liming Heavy Industry staff all hope that one day we can have such kind of training again.

The application of crushers

There are four principal types of primary crushers. The Blake jaw crusher uses a double toggle to move the swinging jaw and is built in a variety of sizes from laboratory units to large sizes having a feed inlet 84 by 120 in. (213 by 305 cm). The Dodge jaw crusher uses a single toggle or eccentric and is generally built in smaller sizes. The Gates gyratory crusher has a cone or mantle that does not rotate but is moved eccentrically by the lower bearing sleeve. The Symons cone crusher also has a gyratory motion, but has a much flatter mantle or cone than does the gyratory crusher. The top bowl is spring-mounted. It is used as a primary or secondary crusher.

Secondary crushers include the single-roll crusher and the double-roll crusher which have teeth on the roll surface and are used mainly for coal. Smooth rolls without teeth are sometimes used for crushing ores and rocks. The hammer crusher is the type of secondary crusher most generally used for ore, rock, and coal. The reversible hammer mill can run alternately in either direction, thus wearing both sides of the hammers.

Crushing and pulverizing are processes in ore dressing needed to reduce valuable ores to the fine size at which the valueless gangue can be separated from the ore. These processes are also used to reduce cement rock to the fine powder required for burning, to reduce cement clinker to the very fine size of Portland cement, to reduce coal to the size suitable for burning in pulverized form, and to prepare bulk materials for handling in many processes. The Tips to select the primary crusher


Generally speaking, the jaw crusher and impact crusher are used as primary crushermore.The term "primary crusher," by definition, might including any type and size of crushing machine

The term implies that at least two stages of crushing are involved, but in many cases the machine which performs the function of initial crusher is the only crusher in the plant.

The factors influencing the selection of a crusher for this service are much the same, regardless of how many crushing stages there are in the flowsheet; therefore, the term "primary crusher," by common usage, is applied to the crusher which takes up the job of reduction where the blasting operations leave off.


   

 Selecting the right type and size of primary crusher is a problem of prime importance in the designing of a crushing plant of any nature and size. Usually this machine is the largest and most expensive single item of equipment in the plant; a mistake in the choice can only be remedied fully by replacement; and, because the entire primary crusher house arrangement is generally "tailored" to fit the crusher, such replacement is almost always a costly procedure. While personal favoritism toward some particular type of crusher may safely be allowed to swing a close decision, it should never blind the engineer or operator to the merits of other types, nor to the limitations of his favorite.

The following factors all have a more or less important bearing upon the choice of the primary crusher.
1. The name, hardness,humidity of material
2. The hourly, daily or yearly capacity are required
3. The final product size or discharging size
4. Type and size of quarry equipment
5. Method of feeding the crusher.

The first three of these factors wiII almost always be ascertainable at least to a close approximation before the matter of crusher choice is taken up. Sometimes, as when a new crushing plant, 01' a new primary crusher set-up, is to be installed at an existing operation the last three factors will be pre-established. Otherwise, it is sound practice to consider them as a part of the problem of crusher selection. The primary crushing setup is closely linked to the quarrying or mining operation, and it is only by careful adjustment of all equipment selections to the general plan of operation that optimum operating results may be realized.

While it is convenient to discuss the influence of these several factors separately, it is well to keep in mind that they are more or less closely interlocked, and that a change in one of them may necessitate altering one or more of the others.

In addition to the factors listed there are usually a few which are peculiar to each individual problem such as labor costs and so on. Any plant design problem is an economic as well as an engineering one. We are concerned he re chiefly with the engineering phases.

The grinding mills used in processing fly ash

Fly ash is one of largest emissions of the industrial waste residues in current China. Nowadays, the yearly industrial slags have reached 30 million tons, and with the development of power industry, the emissions of fly ash from coal-fired power factories will increase year by year. A large number of unprocessed fly ash will generate dust and pollute the atmosphere; if discharged into the water system, the fly ash can cause the rivers blockage and the toxic chemicals contained in it will be harmful to the human body and life-forms. Therefore, based on based on conserving resources and reducing pollution, handling and utilizing the fly ash has become a newly and closely concerned area. Currently the most promising ways of utilizing fly ash is to grind them by grinding mills, then applied them to cement mixing, mortar, fillers, bricks making and others.

The Classification of Sand Washing Machine and its Working Principle and Characteristics

Two Working Methods Of Coarse Powder Mill

Finally, after materials being impacted, rubbed and grinded by several grinding rollers, material powder and small particles come out from vibrating screen.

b) Wet Production: the grinding process is basically the same as the process of dry production. The water ways and separation methods of water from materials after grinding are different from each other. These methods can be designed in accordance with customers’ requirements.

Knowledge about Jaw Crusher

The classification of the jaw crusher: In mining, building materials and infrastructure sectors, the jaw crusher is mainly used as coarse crusher and middle crusher. According to the width of the feeding mouth, it can be classified into three kinds—large, medium and small crushers. The feeding mouth width of the large jaw crusher is greater than 600MM, the medium-sized jaw crusher, 300-600MM, and the small crusher, less than 300MM.

The key components (moving jaw and fixed jaw) of the jaw crusher: the fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw) is fixed vertically (or the top is slightly extraversive) on the anterior machine body; the moving jaw plate (moving jaw) is extraversive, forming two crushing chambers (working chamber) with fixed plate (with the large one on the top and the small one beneath it). The moving jaw does cyclical reciprocating motion towards the fixed jaw, sometimes separate from it and sometimes coming close to it. When separating, materials goes into the crushing chamber, finished products come out from the lower part; when coming close, materials between two jaw plates will be crushed by extrusion, bending and splitting effects.

According to different swing methods of the moving jaw plate, the crusher can be classified into three kinds: simple swing crusher, complex swing crusher and integrated swing crusher.

There are no unified stipulations about the models of the jaw crusher. In general, manufacturers set models on their own. At present, the most common jaw crushers are PE series, which are widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry etc.

What a bad day!

Yesterday was really a bad day for me! I did't sleep well at night because of serious stomachache. Unfortunately, I was on duty yesterday so I had to get up early. I felt dizzy and tired when I got up. When I took my temperature I found I had a fever nearly 39 degree. I went toa clinic to get some medicine, then I came to work by bus.


After I took some medicine, I felt a little better and began to post products on my micro-blog. I uploaded and shared our  products on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. The machines are as follows: Jaw Crusher, Raymond Mill, CS series Cone Crusher, TGM series Trapezium Mill and Impact Crusher. Moreover, I also shared some common minerals which can be processed by Liming Heavy Industry Crushers and Grinder Mills.


I took a nap after lunch and felt much better In the afternoon.  I went on working untill 5:30 p.m. I went to bed very early last night and had a good rest.
